Articling Students

Jana is our articling student. Jana graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa in 2011. She received the Family Law Institute Prize for the highest standing for a research paper in a directed research course in family law. Prior to completing her law degree, Jana completed a Bachelor Degree (B.A) at York University with a major in Psychology. Her interest in women’s issues led her to participate in psychological research laboratory that focused on examining the emotional, cognitive and behavioural effects of dieting. Jana will be called to the bar in September 2012 and intends to practice family law. Jana is fluent in English and Slovak.
